Metallica: Through The Never is a 3D music performance movie starring Dane DeHaan (Kill Your Darlings, In Treatment) and of course the Metallica band members, James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo.
Dane DeHaan plays Trip a young Metallica roadie who is sent on a simple urgent mission which turns into a surreal adventure while the band plays their songs on a live set in front of audience. According to the official website the movie is filmed with a state-of-the-art 3D photography captured with 24 cameras simultaneously.
