Based on the classic tale by Hans Christian Andersen The Snow Queen, Frozen is the latest Disney Studios animated feature film.
In this adaptation Anna (voiced by Kristen Bell) teams up with Kristoff (Jonathan Groff) in a quest to find her sister Elsa who is the Snow Queen and has trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in an everlasting snow and ice. On their journey they encounter trolls, snowmans both good and bad and of course plenty of cold. The Snow Queen is voiced by Idina Menzel and Alan Tudyk voice the Duke of Weselton.
The reindeer and the snowman are bit of the Disney silly character tradition, probably the humor relief, only problem I found with it is that they are too childish, while other studios make this characters good enough for a grown people to enjoy them. You can watch the trailer here, which looks kind of awesome, lets hope not everything fun is in it. You can also visit the official website of Frozen.
Frozen is directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee. Premieres on 27 November 2013, ehich seems a bit early for a winter adventure.
