Disney Studios released the first trailer of Maleficent starring Angleina Jolie. The movie seems to be an anti-fairytale chronicling the classic story of Sleeping Beauty as seen form Maleficent’s eyes. Could be interesting, and from the trailer’s visuals and the movie budget ($200M) it’s almost a certainty that Maleficent is going to be a blockbuster…or something similar to John Carter.
Maleficent is directed by Robert Stromberg, alongside Angelina Jolie stars Elle Fanning as Princess Aurora, Juno Temple as Thistletwit and Brenton Thwaites as Prince Phillip.
