HBO just released the first trailer for the fourth season of the hit show Game Of Thrones. You can watch the trailer below and you can also notice that it is quite awesome.
Although I think the first scene of the dragon shadow flying over the Red Keep is a bit misleading, unless they decided to forward the action a bit and get Daenerys and her dragons to Westeros ahead of the action in the books. Or it might be the last scene of the season, that is actually in the Game of Thrones finale style.Is it the Red Keep though? Can anyone suggest another city?
The most notable moment in the trailer is in fact Daenerys and her “they can join me or die” line which suggests her ambitions and intentions might not be as honorable and good.
“It’s tempting to see your enemies as evil, but there’s good and evil on both sides in every war” – Sir Jorahh Mormont replies to a determined Daenerys.
Overall the entire trailer is aggressive, suggests war, bloodshed and ruin.
“The war is not won” says Jamie Lanister, “There’s only one hell, the one we live in now” says Lady Melisandre but Tyrion Lannister has the best line “If you want justice, you’ve come to the wrong place“. Evertyhng that happened so far inthe show especially concerning the Starks has been unjust. Any how great trailer, can’t wait for April 6th.
