The movie plot is set ten years after the series ended (cancelled) and Veronica is about to become a major New York lawyer, but destiny (Logan Echolls) has it that she must go back to Neptune and attend the high school reunion too.
Many of the fan favorites from the series are back for the Veronica Mars movie including Tina Majorino as Mac, Max Greenfield as Leo and Chris Lowell as Piz. Kristen Bell plays of course Veronica Mars, Jason Dohring is Logan and Enrico Colantoni play’s Veronica’s father Keith.
The movie premieres only in select theaters on March 14, 2014. Directed by non other but Rob Thomas.
The Veronica Mars TV series ran for three seasons on CBS from 2004 till 2007.
