Six posters for The X-Files revival mini series

It’s been eight years since we last saw Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny Mulder together in the feature film The X-Files: I Want to Believe.

This January we get to experience six new episodes of the strange and unexplained in this world, through the eyes of the skeptical Scully and the believer Mulder.

The revival series of the 90’s hit show The X-Files will premiere on The X-Files on Fox. Officially this will be a mini-series even though the runtime of each episode is 42 minutes, which is a standard runtime for a full season series, one would expect since it is such a short season the runtime to be at least 55 minutes to a full hour.

The posters feature two taglines which are in the spirit of the series “Trust No One” and of course as it is a revival, “I STILL want to believe!”
Chris Carter is the creator of The X-Files, the first episode of the original series first premiered in September 1993 and lasted for nine full seasons until May 2002. Gillian Anderson was part of the main cast for all nine season, while Duchovny only appeared sparingly in the last two seasons as an intermittent main character.
