The story which has been retold many times before is about a young child left in the jungle and raised by wolves, based on the book by Rudyard Kipling. Sort of a like a young Tarzan in India. Disney, both in the 1967 animation and in this year’s live action movie, covers the story of the boy Mowgli against his arch nemesis Shere Khan the tiger. Baloo the bear and Bagheera the black panther are there to help Mowgli to survive in the jungle.
Neel Sethi as Mowgli, Ben Kingsley as Bagheera, Lupita Nyong’o as Raksha, Scarlett Johansson as Kaa, Idris Elba as Shere Khan, Christopher Walken as King Louie, Bill Murray as Baloo, Ralph Ineson as Rama and Emjay Anthony as Rama.
