This week we’ve had the chance to see a glimpse of the second installment of The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug and from the looks of it we can expect an action packed sequel, better than the first part albeit the significant changes from the book. Evangeline Lilly is a big part of those changes starring as the elf Tauriel which isn’t even a part of Tolkien’s mythology, still in the trailer she looks awesome. Oralndo Bloom returns as Legolas and elves in general seem to be a great deal of the plot for the second Hobbit movie.

The movie premieres December 13th, directed by Peter Jackson.
