Some time after the first “food storm” Flint Lockwood (Bill Hader) learns that his machine survived and has created an island fill with all sorts of live food animals. Once more he needs to save the world together with his friends Sam Sparks (Anna Faris), Earl Devereaux (Terry Crews) and Steve (Neil Patrick Harris).
After watching the trailer you will realize that it’s sort of a parody of Jurassic Park with elements of Avatar when it comes to the visual part and how the island looks. Will this be another Sony classic or just a pale sequel we’ll have to wait until the premiere on September 27th 2013.
