The second trailer for the sequel of Thor named The Dark World was released and from what we see Jane Foster played by Natalie Portman, visits Asgard which gives us an opportunity to savor some of the world wonders even more than in the first movie.
As for the story it seems Loki (Tom Hiddleston) is helping out Thor (Chris Hmesworth) in order to defeat a common enemy which is Malekith played by Christopher Eccleston. The rest of the cast includes Kat Dennings as darcy, Idris Elba as Heimdall, Jaime Alexander as Sif etc.
The Dark World events are set one year after The Avengers, there’s one reference in the trailer where Jane slaps Loki and says “This is for New York”
