Chris Pine is playing the famous CIA agent created by Tom Clancy, Jack Ryan in the last movie about the agent titled Shadow Recruit.
According to the official website the plot is set before the original Jack Ryan stories and Ryan is working as stockbroker, which would help him in discovering the main threat in Shadow Recruit coming from a terrorist attack that would ruin the US economy.
Shadow Recruit is directed by Kenneth Branagh which is his first movie after directing Thor in 2010. He also plays a significant role in the movie. Also starring in the film are Keira Knightley and Kevin Costner.
The movie premieres January 17th 2014.
