Marvel Studios revealed the first photo of the “actual” Guardians, Zoe Saldana, Chris Pratt, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista and the Rocket Raccoon (voiced by Bradley Cooper). While the above image is just a gorgeous concept art, below you can see how everyone looks, for those that are not familiar with the comic books.
Chris Pratt is easily recognizable as Peter Quill or Star-Lord. Zoe Saldana as Gamora and Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer are a bit vague but still there, now Vin Diesel would be difficult unless told because he is only providing motion and voice to Groot, the tree-like super intelligent creature from another world. Apart from Peter Quill all other characters in Guardians Of The Galaxy are from another world. The badass Rocket Raccoon is in the center of the image, I mean obviously :).
Guardians of The Galaxy is slated to premiere in seven months, that is on August 1st 2014. Directed by James Gunn.
