Kit Harrington moves from the fictional realms of Game Of Thrones to a real life historic event that involves an eruption of the most famous volcano in the world, Mt. Vesuvius and destroying the most beautiful city from the Roman era, Pompeii.
It also involves him showing off his nicely sculpted body for which he underwent a serious training regime to be more gladiator-like for the role of an enslaved gladiator who fights to death in the Pompeii arena. Emily Browning plays his (forbidden) love interest, so he must save himself and her fromĀ a city that is about to be buried in ashes and lava.
